Basic principle in teaching learning process
Basic principles of student in teaching learning process:
1. Learning is more important than teaching
" Learn is exploring
" Success teacher is when their students are active
" Teacher teaches learn how to learn
" How to make the student engage in learning
" You must like your job as a teacher
" Teacher must active and smart
" Teacher makes the student learn subconsciously
2. Teach the student not the book
" Teach the student not just from the book
" Teacher the material from the book
" Do not totally follow the material from the book
" Teacher develop the material based the student's interest
3. Involve students in learning process
" Asking questions to the student
" Ask the students to give opinion
" Teacher and students are practicing together
" Class are active
" Just reflect to your self
4. Do not tell the student what they can tell you
" Don't tell everything to your students
" Ask them to share among them when they are already know
" Ask them to work in pair and discuss the material
5. Show reaction of what the student say
" Reinforcement/respond
" Give reactions!
" Sharing
" Repeat the correct one when the students make a mistake in forming a sentence
6. Students need practice, not you
" Do not just talk a lot
" Talk less, more student practice
" Prepare tasks
7. Vary what you do
" Choose varieties activities and techniques in teaching
" Prepare the material when holiday

" Select the materials that appropriate to children culture/values of indonesia

" Select the media
9. Student can be silent but still involved
" There is many types of learner (we can see it in Multiple intelligence (howard gardner)
" Do not judge the student because they do not active
" Don't forget to maintain eye contact
10. We are learn best, when we are relax
" Walking around the class (the teacher)
" The teacher see at the student's eyes to make the student relax
" Don't forget to choose the technique to make the student relax
" We should choose variative material to make the student not feeling boredom
" Teacher should create relax athmosphere to the student
11. student need to learn how to learn
" let the student explore the material
" teacher can use elaboration
" teacher also can use scanning in reading to get detail information

" everything is abot English in English class
" everything is in system of English voacb, grammar, spelling, and pronounciation
